PCSX2 may be configured to look for cheats in a different place.

Check Config > Plugin/BIOS selector > Folders tab. If you are running on portable that folder should be in the same place where the executable is, otherwise somewhere within your documents.

Make sure you're not putting it in the cheats_ws folder. Also make sure you have the right patch for your game depending on whether it runs on 50 frames (PAL) or 60 frames (NTSC).

In the folders tab I can change save state, snapshot and log/dump, not cheats

I managed to load the cheat and so the game boot. But there is another problem now: there is no sound (whith full boot) :/

Please check SPU2-X settings for these two modes. Try to set it to the other value.

If you still want to use portaudio you could just set it to exclusive mode in SPU2X
