Problem with PCXS2 it seems

So I've been wanting to play some Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3, but it seems the ISO just doesn't seem to want to run. I don't know if maybe I forgot to do something or what, but I did supply screenshots for the error message. I'm not as smart with computers as most people are, so very exact instructions would be much appreciated. 

EDIT: I for got to mention, it does the traditional PS2 boot up and right after it show the PS2 logo/font, the crash message appears.

"CDVD READ ERROR" usually means that something is wrong with the disk/image.
Create the iso again but this thime use ImgBurn
