Problem with Software Mode

AMD chips will generally underperform with PCSX2, to manufacture CPU's with the same speeds at a cheaper cost some corners are cut, not to mention Intel has a MASSIVE RnD share - anything intel comes up with or buys from someone else is generally an industry standard
