Resolved: [Bug Report] NASCAR 09 [NTSC]
#1
#PCSX2 version: Offical v0.9.8 (r4600)
#CPU options: Default / no speedhacks
#Plugins Used: GSdx 4600 (Hardware and Software DX9/DX11), SPU2-X r4600m, LilyPad SVN 0.10.0 (r4510), Linuz ISO CDVD 0.9.0
#Description: Lots of trouble, I'll enumerate to be more clear.

1- The game works in the official release but with flickering menus and in races the cars dont have textures ( this is in Hardware mode both DX9 and DX11).
2- The game don't work in the offical release in Software mode (PCSX2 stuck in a black screen and after some seconds you can hear a "blip" and sometimes PCSX2 crashes)
3- Tried with latest SVN and is the same as the #2 (both Hardware/Software and both DX9/DX11)
4- Tried various clamping modes to fix the missing textures but without success.
5- Also tried with ZeroGS in the latest SVN but is the same as the #2

Tested with:

CPU: Intel Core i7 920 @ 4.0ghz
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 5770x2 (CrossfireX)
MB: ASUS P6T
PSU: Corsair TX 750W
RAM: 6GB Corsair Dominator DDR3 1600mhz (Triple Channel)
OS: Windows 7 x64 Ultimate

ps: Screenshots was made with PCSX2 0.9.8 in Hardware mode and as you can see in the car selection screen the cars have textures Blink

Have you tried the EE Timing hack under the game fixes section?

Yes , and stay the same thing... don't fix the textures and don't work with the latest SVN.

Issue has not been pushed to Github, but most of the issues are fixed by now(or will be soon).

To fix the car textures in Hardware mode go to Config > Video (GS) > Plugin Settings, set Renderer to "OpenGL (Hardware)", make sure Blending Unit Accuracy is set to at least "Basic"(the default option), and Texture Filtering is set to "Bilinear (PS2)"(the default option), "Nearest" or "Trilinear".
