So then... play with the speedhacks... First use only recommended. Than increase the sliders slowly one by one and try to find the maximum. That's all you can do.

both your cpu and gpu aren't good enough.
better play it on your PS2 for now

my cps says 100 procent, so the problem is at the grahpic card, is there a way to reduce a quality a little and get better fps ?

is it unhealthy for the processor to use speedhacks ? cause i disabled it , and the EE still at 100 procent, what does that means ?
