So then... play with the speedhacks... First use only recommended. Than increase the sliders slowly one by one and try to find the maximum. That's all you can do.

and what is GS ?

GS is the part of the ps2/emulator that is responsible for the graphics output. (GS = Graphics Synthesizer ??)
