[Question] Very hard lag
#1
Hi, since one week, i'm trying to use pcsx2 for play at Rayman 3, but everytime when i start the game, my fps is around 17-20 and the game don't work cuz of the lag. I have tryed to do a minimal configuration graphic but that's don't work.
If anyone know, i will be happy Smile If you have some question, tell me.
Sorry if my english is bad, but i'm french and i'm not speaking very well English.

it's gonna be tough.
Your cpu is quite weak for pcsx2. try using some speedhacks and set both clamp modes to none

@Warweeny : please don't post unuseful comments.
If he already owns it on PS2, why would he bother spending money for a PC version ?

Like what? When you say speedhacks, you want to say overcloking?

set ALL speedhacks (exceot the min/max hack) on, set EE and VUskipping to the first setting and see what happens. (I use this setting on MOST of my games)

Try to overclock your cpu a little 2.10 ghz is pretty low you should be able to reach 2.8-3.0 ghz without much problem and you will see speed improvement, that is if u can overclock your cpu, some motherboards are locked to prevent overclocking.
