it's an AMD feature that automatically slows your CPu down if it goes too hot.
there should be an enable/disable function in your bios

have a look at your bios
thats my bios.. click bios II. i acess bios into windows with this program. in that picture you are lookig at my bios. same thing as if i press DEL when the pc boot
