your CPU isn't up to the task.
try enabling speedhacks 1 by 1 to finally get a config that suits you.
but don't expect miracles...
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go

Thanks for your suggestions.

If I turbo to 2.4Ghz *4(Quad),it will still not up to the task?

(sorry,my English just "crap"= ='') Blush

it will be better, but you'll still experience some slowdowns.
FFXII isn't one of those very demanding games.
But a dual core @3.0 ghz would be good to get full speed 90% of the game

sure, but you won't receive any support for those hacked/buged/crappy versions
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS

Forget about your cpu ever reaching 2.4ghz on more than 1 core unless you force it to and risk damaging it. Meaning you stick to 1.5ghz x4 cores in rather slow architecture to begin with, nothing will really make that miracle which you seek. FFXII works great with speedhacks, but what you have could probably run only very few ps2 games like for example monster hunter which have no requirements at all, it's just not good enough for any heavy emulation;p.

Considering you play IZJS version of FFXII, you could use it's speed feature ~ not sure exactly, but I assume it was L2 key - which will double your walking/fighting speed(but NOT cutscenes etc.) and make the speed closer to normal, just don't expect smooth animations;p.

I would recommend forgetting about it through, your laptop will heat up ALOT more it was designed for which will risk decreasing it's lifespan and you'll be far from having fun;]. Better switch to pc games, most don't require much from cpu and the dedicated gpu should give you a steady 30fps+ on most even fairy new ones(ofc not on any ultra-high settings;]) soo you have pretty big choice of fun games.
