With an Intel Core i3 2100 4GB DDR3 + 1333 and Sapphire Radeon HD 7750 1GB you can run all the games of PS2 with good quality, without crashing and with high resolution?

Just an addition based on your demands:

Good quality: Yes, you have a pretty good GPU

Without crashing: Depends on how properly you configured your computer

High Resolution: Yes, same answer as good quality

But,

Speed-wise: Look at jesalvein's post...

the 2100 is more powerful than you think guys(It's certainly good enough for Dolphin and Many modern games from reports i've seen). Have you tested it yourselves?

PCSX2 can't use more than 2 cores without the MTVU hack anyway right?

The bigger question is this a computer this person already owns or is looking into buying?

I'd say give it a try. Your processor is clocked at 3.1 GHz (equipped with HT as well?) isn't it? I think you should be fine.

I use my laptop with i5-2410m (it's a dual core that only goes to 2.9 GHz) to run pcsx2. I read the benchmark comparison between the two and the difference is quite thin. So far my results are quite fine.

Um, I think that CPU is pretty decent. I used to have one, and these games ran at full speed: Resident Evil 4, God of War 2, Burnout 3, Dragonball, FIFA Street...

If I may add, on my i5-2410m (paired with 555m GT) I get this result:
MGS3 Subsistence (PAL) : full speed
Shadow of Colossus (NTSC): full speed (had to tinker with the setting a bit)
Valkyrie Profile (NTSC): 55-60 fps ; all done with 1280x720

There are however some games for me that are pretty much unplayable because of the very inconsistent fps, such as: Black (shooter), and perhaps some other similar games.

yes, but it's not an I3 2100.
