Ratchet & Clank: Up Your Arsenal Slow motion

When i start the game it runs in normal speed, menus and all cut scenes are good. But when the first levels starts everything goes to slow motion. I have played other PS2 games and those have runnes with no problems. Sounds, movement, everyting is in slow motion. What i should do to fix that?

My computer specs are:

- AMD Phenom II X4 955
- Club 3D Radeon HD 6850
- 4096MB RAM
- Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit

Plugins:

- GSdx 4600 SSE2
- Lilypad svn (r4510)
- SPU2-X r4600m

@nilesi seeing that someone is yet to help you let me try for now....i see that u have a pretty gud pc config so um guessing the settings are the culprit here....if u are using the default settings then u may really want to use some of the speed hacks..try out till u find the best settings...and use the dx11 sse4 mode on gsdx...u might want to try the latest svn and enable the mtvu hack..hope that helps...if not please post again...i personally haven't tried that game but see if these work
