Raw/ARmax
#1
I hope I'm not pestering anyone, but in a continued pursuit of cheat at Kingdom Hearts one I've run into more problems! I'm now trying to use armax/raw. I can convert it correctly, but the second I run the game either through run > execute or through file > run cddvd it crashes before it gets anywhere. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you

Means you probably converted it wrong.

Post the content of the .pnach file here and the original codes so we can help better.

What am I supposed to do with the pnatch file? I've not done anything to it.

The codes I used are as follows
(M)
0E3C7DF2 1853E59E
EE8D0066 BCA99C80
Sora - Super Fast Level Up
CEBFDACE BCA99A82

So far I can't even successfully load with just the master.

So am I supposed to translate them to raw and then add them to the pnatch file? I tried using some sort of pnatch cheat by finding the memory code for what I was changing but all I could change was what the value said, not what the value did. I.e I changed defense to 100 using the memory code and the value 00000064 in the pnatch file, but it only changed what it showed and not what it effected. The same for money. But back to my question here, do I need to convert raw to pnatch coding and add it to the pnatch file or add the raw code through the pnatch browser?

Yes, if you want to use codebreaker/armax/whatever codes you need to convert them to raw and add them to the .pnach file, here's a guide and a couple tools that might help you with that.

Thank you very much for showing me that stuff! The raw to pnatch converter got it working for me!
Hahaha, it worked, but too well! The code levels up too fast for my taste... hahaha

EDIT: Sorry for the double post. Didn't see the edit button cuz I wasn't logged in.

EDIT: I have another question along the same the lines. Like I said, the code gives me way too many levels way too fast. 1exp got me to level 46. Is there anyway I can change the values in order to level up slower?

EDIT: Once again.... I answered my own question. I was able to do it. The code works by adding exp to the amount that you've earned forcing you to level up to the amount equal to that earned. I changed the value and leveled up to the desired level. Thank you again for all of your help.
