try out my config and see if its help, my comp pretty ***** but it run naruto ultimate ninja 3 40-60 fps.

basically these the only 3 option u need to make changes, and also mute the sound that also increase the game performance

@Nick : or you can try vucycle stealing in option and vuskip (pcsx2 r.1059) maybe you can get 40+fps lol or more for 2.4Ghz.

use a newer beta version, or compile the latest yourself, they've gotten faster
