Comments:
Game runs very smooth, sits at 60 FPS throughout.

Bugs:
The game will not play without a second controller connected, but once the second controller is connected (whether or not there is one), the game will play from start to finish.
If hard crash occurs in loading screens or in gameplay (only happened twice to me, both in a loading screen), rebooting the game from a fresh boot and choosing the level from mission select will allow you to progress.
Finally, in certain training missions, notably the fighting training games, the dummies will be invisible unless switched to SW mode.

Comments:

Game's sprites are transparent for some reason, otherwise playable. To fix the transparency issue, set the "Blending Accuracy" to high.
FMVs seem to play at a slow frame-rate. (Could be because I'm using a CD)

Bugs:

Beyond the transparency issue, nothing game breaking that I could find.
