In this game PCSX2 write that he can't find memory card or its haven't enought space, but then i thry format card ingame it say error. Whot should i do to solve this problem?

You are using a very outdated version of the emulator.

Read here http://forums.pcsx2.net/thread-3716.html and follow the simple instructions, and all your memcards problems should disappear
