I've tried the Intel IGP, and got the same result as AMD GPU. But switching to Hardware with Intel driver got me a Trojan warning for pcsx2.exe. :/

Only if you press F9 you get a trojan warning? And you need to use your intel gpu? How is that possible? It's not like pcsx2 is modifying itself on renderer switch...

Yes, only when I press f9 to switch to HW with Intel IGP. If I press F9 with AMD there is no warning. I scanned the exe and my PC to be safe, but it seems to be a weird false positive.

What AV software?

Anyway I'm guessing it's one of the ones with heuristics and somehow the combination of software rendering on the Intel IGP makes it unhappy.

It would be nice to have a test on the open source drivers (on linux)

Several recent git revisions over the past few weeks together fixed this bug in OpenGL. As this was a AMD issue, graphics still appear distorted due to a AMD driver bug. This is unrelated to the issue, set Blending Unit Accuracy to Ultra to see the game without graphical issue, but at the cost of performance.
