Resolved [Bug Report] God of War [PAL]

I know its a known bug since Krakatos and Bositman it already sighted.
I'm just wondering that i can't find a thread with a discussion of this bug.

So the bug let the emu crash after you reach the first Savepoint in the game.
Its not the Savepoint or the Savemenu itself, you can also save with savestates but that doesn't help.

it also happens when you go to that crate you have to kick to the ladder.

Infos about PCSX2 and configuration:

PCSX2 SVN 677, 680 (happens there too)
CPU: recompilers on, MTGS on, Frame/VU Skip off
Speedhacks: everything off
Advanced Settings: everything at default
Gamefixes: VU clip hack (For GOW)
Plugins: GSdx 0.1.14, ZeroSPU2 0.4.6, rest is unnecessary

have you got the kingdom hearts 2 game fix turned on? if so turn it off, and visa versa.

If you turn on interpriter, you will get a lot sps in this scene. Sometimes Kratos go crazy jumping around the ship. It's something like pinball game without any control. Everething fine in recomplier mode, except crashes. Tested in rev. 675 and 684

I've almost comlete the God of War, game is fully playable except two things:
many crashes mostly in the batles *mass save states annoying*
white screen after the battle with 100 Kratoses and the movie when Kratos takes the giant Blade from the statue *all off this The final boss fight*

KH2 fix was off.
The only activated fix was the VU clip hack.

maybe its another PLZCW bug? or something different?

Sorry about the double post.


I applyed the PLZCW fix to the Official SVN 390, and voila! no crashes in the savepoint area anymore.
i played until a cutscene where i got a white screen of death Glare
