[Bug Report] Syphon Filter - Omega Strain [NTSC]

# Pcsx2 version: 0.9.6
# Cpu eerec on, vurec0 and vurec1 on, MTGS on
# Plug-ins: GSdx 890 (MSVC 15, SSE2) 0.1.14 or ZeroGS 0.97.1, SPU2-X 1.1.0 or P.E.Op.S. SPU2 1.9.0 or ZeroSPU2 r514-Dev 0.4.6, Gigaherz's CDVD 0.7.0

1. When i start the game i have Head&Body&Foots but after walking a few steps just have a Body without Head&Foot! (Also Nobody have head&foot!)
   

2. And Another thing that i found is when i press auto-aim and shout to the enemy, he shout to the ground! (Also Everybody shout to the ground!)
       

I have tested with all plugins & Any Settings but results are the same.
i think the problem is from the 0.9.6 Version.

I have tested all Plugins (Old & New one) with 0.9.5 SVN377 & 0.9.4 but no errors found & everything is correct!
   

I have tested on Beta r1736 & 976 & 1474 but it hangs on the equipment menu before starting game, with a text in the end of console:
[vif0.cmd still set 6e]
   

tested on Beta 720 and same problem as 0.9.6 version. (No Head&Foot & Shouting to the ground!)

3. When using ZeroGS 0.97.1 Plugin: Pressing esc while playing close the PCSX without any error reporting!(VistaX86)

4. P.E.Op.S. SPU2 1.9.0 & ZeroSPU2 r514-Dev 0.4.6: freeze on some movies (Can Skip movie by pressing X button)

When using hand-light it doesn't have any effect... just your character seems bright.


I pointed the light to see the differences:

3. [gsdx bug]
Blinking Light bulbs in the tunnel (Mission1) totally have been removed in gsdx [dx9 Hardware] but seen correctly as circle with gsdx [dx9 software].

They seen incorrectly as square in the previous versions of gsdx [dx9 hardware] and seen correctly as circle in the previous versions of gsdx [dx9 software].
