Resolved-Workaround: initialization Error!

Hey.
After update 1.5.0-504+ (512, 521, 539) error occurs when you start the emulator

If put and use GS plugin from 1.5.0-504, then all OK!
All updates of the system I have installed, set for reliability once again what is required in the text of the error (the error refers to the site of microsoft update DirectX June 2010). Nothing helped.
Spec: Windows 7 x64 SP1, Intel i3-3240, gtx 750ti, 8Gb RAM, Nvidia driver 364.51

I tried GS-sse2. Error too.
GS requires update for directX (but i have all installed)

Hmm. No changes to GSdx were made in 512, so I don't understand why it's not working. Can you double check 512 is definitely the first non working build?

I have also been getting this for a while. Here's my results as of today (Windows 7, Haswell i5-4460)

Working:
v1.5.0-dev-512-g7f3f6e9

DirectX Libraries Error:
v1.5.0-dev-521-g7736c90

After looking at the code; I'm positive this issue is isolated to one of the DirectX related commits on March 29th - specifically in GSUtil.cpp or GSDeviceDX.cpp?
gsdx-dx: Load D3DCompiler dll at runtime
gsdx-d3d11: Remove d3dx11 stuff and use d3dcompile

Detection of d3dcompiler_43.dll is failing. I know you said that we hold off on distributing d3dcompiler_47.dll with PCSX2; but is this a code related issue? If I have to upgrade I will; but I would prefer to wait until mid-July when Win10 is more stable Tongue

Could you check your Windows/SysWow64 directory and tell me what d3dcompiler dlls you see? I tested this on a Windows Vista VM which worked and I assumed Windows 7 would be ok because of that. Maybe I was wrong...

I have versions 33-43. FYI, d3dcompiler_43.dll is the last version in Windows 7.

MS also states that "In the Windows 8.0 SDK, D3DCompile is never installed to the %WINDIR folders" and #47 is included in 8.1 (no need to redistribute)

Could you also test the AppVeyor build when I merged the PR (just to rule out a buildbot issue)? https://ci.appveyor.com/api/buildjobs/nh...ppVeyor.7z

And can any other Windows 7 x64 users also tell me whether they experience issues with these builds or not.
