Rogue Galaxy "Dualshock2 not connected"
#1
I recently tried to play RG and the game will start up and the checking memory cards screen will appear but then I get a message stating that a "dualshock2 controller is not detected, please ensure a controller is connected...etc." and I can't get past that screen. I'm using KB&M(and tried just KB as well) and do not have this issue with other games. Any one have any idea as to whats going on? Thanks.

My specs are 6600k, asrock z170 k6, r9 390, 16g ddr4, and pcsx2 and iso files are stored on a 7200rpm hdd.

So, the games an iso, and it's pcsx2 1.4.0. As for the setting everything is pretty much default other than resolution, and I did try it with the widescreen patch(as well as without). I've played a number of other games without issue, all iso, this only happened with RG. Thanks again.

It still happens with widescreen disabled. It's weird, the game simply doesn't recognize a controller and insists on one being inserted into the first port. Anyway, I'm off to bed and will pick this up again tomorrow. Thanks for the help.
