tried installing the visual C++ redistributable versions ? http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/...x?id=40784

does it happen when opening pcsx2 or when launching a game ?
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go

Stupid question: You have downloaded the setup files, did you install them ?

That screenshot is from the Programs and Features page of Windows, they're installed.

I'd try a 'repair' instead, and see if that works.

My sig as link to all in in runtime installer, this istaller will uninstall un C++ runtimes then install them all, best to run installer on fresh reboot
