SLOMO GAMEPLAY

I tried NBA 2K11 and GTA Liberty City Stories and the gameplay is in slomo. Here are my specs :

Intel Core i3-3110M @ 2.40 GHz 2.40GHz
4gb ram
NVIDIA GeForce 710M/Intel HD Graphics 4000 (interchangeable)
Processors : 2

Settings are default

You should be good to go with either a good PC, or your ps2 console.
That one's too weak for those games
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go

I just tried Hot Shots Tennis and it's still slomo. Is there like a way to changthe settings and make it playable?

nope.It'll be too demanding too.
Which other Games do you own ?

No settings tweaks or modifactions for it to run fine?

FNR 3 is quite demanding too.
You could tinker with speedhacks, make sure you aren't running on batteries, and setting windows power plan to performance mode.
but don't expect miracles
