Press shift ctrl F8. And keep shift pressed (or control I never remember). It will register all the input of the GS plugin to create a .gs file in the snaps directory. Be aware it grows very quickly. Compress it with the best option and post it somewhere on the internet.
This way I can replay it on my side and see if I can improve the fps.
By the way your version of PCSX2 seems quite outdated.
Latest release + ogl_vertex_storage = 1 is likely to be much faster.
First upgrade and if it is still too slow, do the .gs stuff.
I dont know where can i download the unofficial builds of Linux and Windows i downloaded the official release.
I tried to do the gs stuff and for me its impossible to upload a large file to internet since i have 45 kbps UploadSpeed and it takes years to upload a file even if it is compressed
