Updated version of the PS2 SPU2 plugin packaged with PCSX2 0.9.6. SPU2-X has support for PS2 reverb effects and is currently the most volume/pitch accurate sound plugin.
It also increases compatibility of many games, some will not boot without it.

Known Issues:
* May be slower than other SPU2 plugins on low-end PCs.
