SSE 4.1/2 support.
#1
Hi, I know PCSX2 detects if the processor supports these instruction sets, but does it take advantage of them? is there any noticeable difference performance wise with and without them?
Computer specifications:
Windows 10 x64 | Intel Core i7 @ 2.66GHZ | ASUS P6T | Gigabyte Windforce x3 Geforce  760 4GB | 8GB DDR3 1600MHZ RAM | Integrated Audio

Pcsx2 and GSdx both can use SSE4.1 currently. There's a small speedup due to this.
SSE4.2 is useless for us, so it doesn't help.

Yes it does. Mainly used in higher clamping modes, but it's not a major speedup.
