Then that is most likely where the game hangs up and crashes and is probably the reason for it being ingame. The only other thing I can think of is to try reripping your disc.

Yes, it's the same exact place everytime.

sorry to say.. but you could try SSX Tricky.. it's quite different game but it runs perfectly..

it's possible your ISO could be bad, i recommend trying to remake it using imgburn from here: http://imgburn.com/

I actually used ImgBurn to rip the disc in the first place. But I found an old copy of SSX 3 and that seems to work perfectly. Anyway thank you all for your help.
