PCSX2 and all plugins except GSdx automatically use the best SSE level.
GSdx should come in the usual 3 flavors and you need to choose the right one.

Hi Orphis, have you update the compiler to VS2010 SP1? I'm not sure because I saw the link "Visual C++ 2010 (x86) runtime package" at http://buildbot.orphis.net/pcsx2 is not leading to "Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86)"
