files downloaded from r5464 to r5480 is broken, it lacks plugins and the exe of pcsx2 maybe also lacks other files I dunno.

nonetheless file downloaded from r5460 is not broken.

Its mostly fixed Tongue anybody who downloaded 1.0.0 or an earlier SVN will have that, so it's not the end of the world. But we will get it back in there. The important stuff is there ;p
