well if it reach that level ALL THE TIME , ur com i think 1 year gone le

I'm not sure about that, that's what CPU's are made for. Macintosh computers are designed to keep the CPU at a cool temp.

If anything, keep the computer plugged in if you have a laptop while you run PCSX2 since CPU-intensive programs drain the battery quicker and before you know it your battery will be dead for good.

PCSX2/mac uses around 100% of cpu so it runs very hot, i think around 80 C for mine

Thank you for the input everyone! This has made me feel more secure about running pcsx2 on my laptop. Keep it going though if other people have different running temperature post them here please I'd like to know.

Hi, just built a new system, it's running around 40C at mid load and 48C at OC 4.2Ghz, I think it's doing ok?
