I noticed this game is not listed on the compatibility list so when a friend complained of trouble I tested it out. Didn't know if the info would be useful to you or not so...
This game works with 9.6
Plugins tested
GSdx (MSVC 15.00, SSE2) 0.1.14
--all options unchecked, native ratio
you should be able to use other settings
LilyPad svn (r1034) *beta plugin*
Other lilypads should work
Linuz Iso CDVD 0.8.0
try Gigaherz for disks
ZeroSPU2 r514-Dev 0.4.6
Some games crash on other sound plugins
Bios tested: USA v02
Additional notes
Using Run>>Execute will crash game with memory access violation
Suggestions
Use File>>Run CD
If game crashes try other plugins
Frame rate is slow on low settings with my system 14-35FPS in game
try turning sound off to improve frame rate

Intro and menu work in game as well as fighting levels. Sound works as well but my pc specs aren't the greatest so it runs at low FPS. If there is any additional data needed please let me know.
