Save Game not working in Mortal Kombat Armageddon
#1
Hey there,

I am trying to play Mortal Kombat Armageddon on PCSX2, and it works very well, but I have a little problem and I have no idea how to fix it. I want to load a save file from the internet, and when I insert the virtual memory card, there are no results.

I go to Config > Memory Cards, I select the right folder and the right save file, but no results ingame.

I have a propper save file, .PS2

I would appreciate if you helped me

I don't really get the final step. I thought if the file was a .ps2 one I wouldn't have to import it in MyMC..

Long story short:
1. Download MyMC.
2. Have your MC formatted and ready.
3. Open mymc-gui
4. pick your MC
5. click the import button
6. choose the save file you've downloaded
7. done.

Eh, pretty much that.

Edit: what? It shouldn't be.
Can you post the save that you're importing?

Sure, here is the link: https://www.dropbox.com/s/x0g73d8m2akgda6/Mcd001.ps2

Can PCSX2 recongnise anything else than .ps2?

Lol, that's a memcard not a save file.
Try this:
- open pcsx2
- click memory cards on the Config tab
- eject the memcard in slot 1
- insert the memcard that you have downloaded.

Alternative ver. (a bit longer)
Phase 1:
- open mymc-gui
- select the memcard that you've downloaded
- choose the save, then click export
- choose either .psu or .max format then save it.

Phase 2:
- click open
- select the your original memcard (the one that you're using in general)
- click import, then select the save file that you have exported
- done
