Save file gone

Today when i continue my .hackl//G.U vol 2 Reminisce . It was all stt-t-t-tuttering and i had to close pcsx2 . After i opened it , stutterings gone but my save file which i saved in the Memory Card Slot 1 is gone . What happened ? I can't play all that again .  Sad . Is there any way to get it back ?

Cause the game told me to make a new one . Is it the new one ? . Also how do you do that ? Checking the save

maybe it got corrupted, then.
How to check-> like you would do on a real PS2, through the bios, using the memcard management
