Says plugins loaded successfully, then no

I am running windows 8. Just followed a video to download and setup. Everything was fine until the plugins couldn't work.
This is what comes up on my log:

Did you use the dull installer ?

I just installed it from the full installer package for Windows on the official site.

No I didn't download directx. Whats the link to get it? and do I have to add it to the plugins folder?

It comes as one of the options in the pcsx2 installer, but if you've done that you can get it here: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/...aspx?id=35

Thanks! It worked. I had to change some settings, and the characters in DBZ are all black figures. Do you know how I could change that?

I honestly have no idea what I did. I think I just changed it from Direct11 to Direct 10. Its DBZ Budokai Tenk2.

I just read in the compatibility list that there are some glitches in hardware mode. Have you tried software mode(Press F9 while game is running)?

Also, what are the specs of your PC?

Edit: I dug this game out of my giant bin and I'm gonna rip it now and see what I can see.
