Screenshot question

Is there a hotkey for taking a screengrab of a running game in PCSX2? Rather thanhaving to press print screen, pasting it in either paint or photoshop and trimming the rest of the screen off, and then saving the image.. is there a button you can press that copies the PCSX2 frame only and saves it to file?

I've got a little question about the screenshots, too.
Is there a way, in the 0.9.8 version, to save them into another format than bitmap ? A PNG would be perfect, but a jpeg would be enough. I think I read something about that, but I don't know where... Of course I can convert bmp to png/jpg, but it would be easier.

For me the single possible format already is PNG.
