idk :/ i got the emulator off the pcsx2 site maybe it's my plugins since i did get it off watching some youtube videos. Im very knew to this emulator stuff so i dont really know my stuff haha. if you can show me the way i'd appreciate it.

hm i switched the GS to Zerogs and it seemed to solve the problem but every is so bright and fantasy blurs now

Go to CDVD>No Disc and load your BIOS up.

1.If you installed 1.2.1 over 0.9.7,you'll get all kind of errors in the console about the plugins because 0.9.7 plugins are not compatible with 1.2.1
2.If you downloaded a beta and place it in Program Files(replacing the old one),delete the portable.ini file because it looks like it used the installer version till now(in portable mode,pcsx2 searches for the save states and memory cards in the pcsx2 folder,not in My Documents where your saves are actually are)

any particular reason you are using DX9?

Maybe because it selected by default...you know,start pcsx2,click on all the next buttons and start playing the game as fast as possible.
