I'm back, so i looked compatibility list of Dolphin emu, in this side bad situation too, yes maybe it faster, but crash'y or not get so far game menu's this bad idea, i understand few Sonic games work but not all what i need, by the way Pcsx2 more compatible emulator, yes still have small minus: bad speed

Anyway today i got more helpfull info, and selected right way

I use one hint in this forum: i disable clamp mode in EE and VU plus "EE sync hack to 1.5x" and got 39-57FPS in Sonic Riders, next in Shadow the Hedgehog it get approximately 30-50FPS on first level

now it almost on playable speeds
