Shin Megami Tensei Persona 4 runs slowly

I started playing persona 4 on pcsx2 1.2.1 and sometimes y runs normly, but other times it runs very slow, I have tried many things to get it to run fast, but nothing seems to work, what can I do?

In order to help you further with your problem, please make sure the following are all provided.
  • Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory, Operating System.
  • The version of PCSX2 you are using.
  • Any non default settings you are using.
  • What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

First disable manual gamefixes and don't follow any YouTube video except those from the official channel.

Can you please screenshot all emulation settings and gsdx plugin settings? What are ee and gs values during slowdowns?

EE goes up to 100% max and gs  31% max

your cpu is clearly struggling.
did you set windows power plan to high performance ?
