Comments:
Ingame at full speed

Bugs:
The flashlight is absolutely broken (screen mostly black; colored stripes where the light is supposed to be; view the attachement) which renders the game pretty much unplayable since it is in use almost all the time.
I tried various settings.

It "works" with software rendering even though running it at 10fps is obviously not a solution.

As said in the how to post, compatibility does not take into account speed. Thus, the game is playable. Also with your CPU, if you set SW render threads to 3 it should give you good speeds as well.

Comments:
Game works at full speed (60 fps) in Gsdx hardware mode.
Setting Extra rendering threads to 3 in Gsdx plugin helped me play at full speed in software mode too.

In Hardware Mode using Direct3D11 renderer the area where you point the flashlight is covered with black bars, while the rest dark area is black and you cant see anything.
Using Direct3D9 renderer the bright area is clear without the black bars but the dark area around you remain black.

Nothing of the above happen in software mode.

When you try to change from hardware to software (F9) you may notice that some objects may look transparent (for example the beds in hospital), the flashlight may not be as bright as it was supposed to be and some other texture glitches. That can be fixed if you change room and then return back to previous area.
This usually happen in areas where you can use flashlight. For outside areas or bright areas i didnt notice that glitch.
