well i changed my hp proobook with intel core i3 3110 m to an acer wich contains the following
inter core i5 3230M 2.60 GHz
Intel HD Graphic 4000 (1194 mb)
4 gb ddr 3 ram ( 2.58 usable )
so is this good enough to run most of ps2 games ?

It will be faster, but not ideal.

A faster i5. that thing is at about 4000 in passmark. My i5 is at about 6200.

also u should get a desktop. laptops are not designed for emulation purposes. the mobile or laptop counterpart of a processor is weaker and slower than its desktop counterpart

Ideally you'd be on a desktop... Mobile devices, laptops/crapbooks included -- aren't ideal for PS2 emulation. IPC is nothing without the clockspeed to back it up.
