You are a god, thanks. I was having this problem with KH2 where the frames would lock up at 40 fps in some scenes, but if I hit f4 to remove the limiter it clearly goes above 60. For some reason I thought vsynch wouldn't matter unless it was in full screen.

Disabled it and still no tearing to speak of! Out of curiosity why would vsynch cause this when your PC's specs are well above what a game needs?

Slow cpu=low fps. The only games on pcsx2 you can hope to play are 2d games.

probably yes for some tittles but its allot of work if you dont know what to do

with a single core pc,you can overclock it, but the performance will be practically the same or with a couple of more fps but still you need a new cpu+gpu

I was trying to play Bleach: Blade Battlers 2nd, which I think isnt so 'heavy'..

well i think that one its pretty heavy for a single core cpu,as jadariin says,you can probably play some 2d only with that pc

In that case you would need a better graphics card too (yeah it's a heavy game of sorts Tongue)
