Slow and blury God Hand

Hi i recently got God Hand PS2.
And after i sat up my configurations the game starts fast and nice but when i get into the game it gets slow and blury.
My PC isn't slow at all, the game just slows down for no reason.
I also cant use any direction keys or any other keys while in game except cross, square, triangle, and circle.
I tried messing around in the ZeroGS Advanced option but i am not a genius.

*CPU Pentium 4 3.00GHz.
*Graphics card: N9400GT Geforce 1024MB (it supports Pixel Shader 4 and DirectX 10)
*3GB Ram.
*Operating system : Windows XP Service Pack 3.
*Motherboard G31 Gigabyte S-sires.

Please help me as fast as you can by telling me how to remove the blur and speed up the game.

I believe your issue lies with your Processor (single core), your video card (ok, but not great) and your piracy, which won't find much favor with folks on this forum.

its not like that its a local online store you can buy games online and download them from that store, or wait 2 days to get the DVD.

You know what nvm, i will wait for my ps2 to be repaired then i will play it, Because i didn't make this thread to be accused of piracy.
