Slow emulation
#1
Hi all, so this is my problem. I installed PCSX2, I configured all plugins and BIOS too. When I start the emulation without a game ISO, the emulation seems very fluid. But when I start it with a ISO, the first logo is appears fast but then the emulation is very slow. It jerks and there are some graphic bugs.

I don't think that is a Hardware problem, because is a very good PC (I assembled it about 1-2 week ago Biggrin ), anyway there are the specs:

-Intel Core i5 4570 3.2Ghz
-Intel Graphics 4600 (integrated)
-RAM 8GB

Maybe is the GPU? (Below there are the active plugins)

Software mode lay bebbetter for you since you have a good cpu, then.
But you'll be stuck @native resolution.

Ok, the emulation seems better, but it's still slow in some moments :/ Like cutscene or some gameplay moments...

Ok, i noticed a improvement... I put Directx11(Hardware) in the Gsdx plugin, and the game goes smoothly, but somethimes is very laggy :/ Other suggestions?

PS: The FPS goes from peak of 50-60 to even 10-15 :/

Make sure you keep it in Native resolution, the game is very heavy on the GS which uses a lot of video memory, so your GPU is possibly struggling.
