swap magic could work which is not illegal

but if i were you.... i'd try to get the emu to work... then again I don't play on my ps2 anymore XD emu only Oo

What about everyone else with like 2.XGHz CPU's, how the hell do they not get slow motion game problems with PCSX2..?

From what I understand, swap magic circumvents region protection, which would definitely be illegal. However, it seems to fall under the "quasi-legal" category. Just be careful.

Looks like I'm stuck having to get the emulator working again. I'm still getting the dumb slow motion. I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

Perhaps your GTX 295 drivers aren't current.

Also, try going to Config -> Speed Hacks, and checking x2 cycle rate.

You've got the latest BIOS revison on your board right? What's a Phenom II 1065 Wacko?...

set correct plugins directory in config panel :-D

try deleing your pcsx2.ini, sounds like it doesnt like it.
