Slow sound?

Hello. Now, i was on this project before, but i updated my computer. I'm getting 60fps on DBZ Budokai 3, and it's running smoothly, with no lag what so ever.. But, my sound sometimes goes slow, even though the game isn't. Someone has said to me that i should cut down on speed hacks, but im using default settings. PC SPECS: Processor AMD FX™-6100 Six-Core Processor
Video Card NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650
Memory 4.1 GB
Operating System Microsoft Windows 8 Professional Edition (build 9200), 64-bit
