Sly Cooper on my laptop

So, been on the forum for a while. Got some help getting Persona 4 to run on my desktop and I thank you all for that. Recently got a new computer, a laptop and I'm trying to get Sly Cooper to run as smoothly as possible. Suggestions according to my specs?

Windows 7 Pro

Processor: Intel® Core™ i5-2520M CPU @ 2.50GHz 2.50 GHz

Graphics Card: Intel® HD Graphics 3000

Also, plugin suggestions would be nice as well if you have anything that would work for you.
