Snapdragon 835 has x86 compatibility through emulation

Microsoft has collaborated with Qualcomm to develop a form of x86 emulation for the snapdragon 835. What are the odds of being able to play ps2 games through that? Emulation within emulation. 
They said it runs windows 10 smoothly but I'm not sure how the gpu compatibility would be.
