i have installed the emulator and everthing and i have directx 9 but it still says i have to update it help me please

If you have the newest directx then inside C:\Windows\system32 you must have those files:
d3dx9_41.dll and d3dx10_41.dll

so update your dx you can find the link in the same page (gsdx....)
yes this is an solution so you can find it in dll.com

then go to http://www.dll-files.com and copy the name search and download

If you don't have those files that means you update your directx but not to the newest.The newest has them.

The video plugins require those files to work.
