I'm not sure 'bout the bug. For the speed, your laptop is too weak. The GPU should be enough for 2x resolution (I have a HD 545v which is a 4570 renamed). But your CPU is pretty ancient. My brother's Acer with an AMD Athlon 2 x2 m300 (the same as yours) can barely run any game. I've tried FFX on his laptop and 40 FPS is all it can do in the opening scene. In game will be slower.
