I owned this game as a kid and I really wanted to play it but it didn't work.
Everything works OK except when you start a race the Graphic bugs and the controls does not work properly.

Settings:
Direct3D11 Hardware
Auto
3x Native
Shade boost
Texture filtering
Extra Rendering 16
Anti-Aliasing AA1
