I enabled these codes in the emu myself but for some reason I can't purchase all the items in the shops. That is, all the items are there in each shop but I can't buy all of them or even most of them. For example when I hit the right button to select quantity I wish to purchase I only get a error sound as if I don't have enough money or my inventory is full of the item but that is not the case. I can't purchase The Wingbane Cross (a fairly common item) but I can purchase 1/144 Scale Bunny (which normally shouldn't be in any shops).Look on screenshot below The same case is with all other items I can purchase some of them and some I can't. Any ideas?

got the same problem here but it does appear you need to continue the progresses of the story or need a character level at max and/or character attrib at max before these unbuyable items will be possibly unlocked.
or other possible like those hidden Tri-Ace's anti-cheat system(e.g. Gameguard)

try do other experiements instead like upgrading your equipment.

If you were trying to buy 20 of all items, simply sell those you'll not use anyway(like weak armors/weapons or healing items you'll never need when using overpowered armor/weapons), and generally don't buy items unless you need them. This game has an item amount limit as each item(not just item type) is stored in different adress.

Actually I don't think it's either of those two reasons. If it was some anti-cheat system or if I needed to progress the story more I wouldn't be able to buy Tri-Emblems and the strongest weapons (which I can with these cheats) but I can't buy some of the Food items or and some of the Skill manuals etc. Also since my inventory doesn't have many items at all it shouldn't be a problem with that. After all I can still buy some of the items. I think this is some kind of bug in the emulator. I will try disabling the codes and seeinf if that changes anything.

Unless other cheat affecting it, I doubt it's the case(couse I tested this with only this cheat activated, also from those vsub posted I only tested the second one - for NTSC version). Through the limit seems to be different for different item type not for every item. Soo if you can't buy any usable items then you have too much of them. But you still can buy armors/weapons and stuff when you have little of them. Try selling a few of food items you have max and then you'll probably be able to buy others from food type.

I may be wrong(can't remember)but I think you can't by all items at once even if you have code for infinite money.
Just select everything you want and when the money needed reach how much you have,just buy them and start selecting the other items until you reach you reach how much money you have.

This code makes every items to cost 1 Fol when you actually buy it,not when you are choosing how much of it(if the code is not working,just remove the first like and don't forget to disable all of those cheats(Shops sells all Items and All Items Cost 1 Fol when you are done shopping)

@vsub Yes you can get ultimate weapons/armors with it, it add all items, even those unused or reserved space never used for any items. :3

After I use this code on pcsx2 & cause a trouble on disintegration item (disintegration hammer & disintegration bomb)
it cause a glich
I only get 1 disintegration hammer & none (0) for disintegration bomb so the game stuck

Also I try to buy it at shop but it can't.... (disintegration hammer, disintegration bomb & glowstone not buyable)
