So tried to play star ocean 3 (pal) but i only get ingame about 4-7 fps
and the FMVs didnt work at all. :/
So i was wondering is the pal version supported or whats the problem.

Use Older GDSX (and the new speedhack)

GSDX 0.1.7. Available from the GSDx thread.

On top of using GSDX 0.1.7, use the latest beta version of PCSX2, as in the newest ones FMVs work.
